Hello, I’m Richard J. Beada, and you’ve reached my Web site. I’d like to briefly tell you about myself, my law practice, and why I believe I can help you or your loved ones. I have represented people accused of crimes for over 30 years. I know how terrifying it is when the State or Federal Government investigates you or your business or charges you with a crime. It can be a life-changing event.

I have an individualized approach to all my clients and their cases. I learned long ago, if all I did was resolve my clients’ legal problems without also addressing their personal problems, the client would quickly return to the clutches of the Criminal Justice System.

From the outset of the Client-Attorney relationship, I assess what is best for the client and their family, taking into consideration both individual and family dynamics. Agressive courtroom representation is one approach but clearly not the only approach. Based on my 30 years of practice, I have developed insights and relationships with both judges and prosecutors that benefit my clients. These relationships allow me to resolve my clients’ legal problems without the risks, notoriety, and costs associated with a full-blown criminal trial.
